At Half Pint Co., we believe that every child deserves a place to play, create, and belong—without financial barriers. Our free, family-friendly events bring together kids and caregivers for hands-on activities, science experiments, and creative projects that spark imagination and build community.

We are 100% community-funded and run by two passionate Minneapolis moms, Shelby Voeltz and Michelle Halverson, who pour their time, energy, and resources into making sure every event is accessible to all families.

Why We Need Your Help

Our events are completely free, and we cover the cost of supplies out of our own pockets. Every donation—big or small—helps us buy materials, expand our programming, and ensure that families of all backgrounds can continue to enjoy fun, enriching activities without financial barriers.

  • Half Pint Co. is not currently a registered nonprofit, so donations are not tax-deductible at this time. However, every contribution directly supports our mission of providing free, high-quality events for families in our community.

  • Yes! Monthly donations help us plan ahead and expand our programming. You can choose a one-time donation or become a monthly supporter to help us grow.
